Complete the warranty form on our website and enclose it with your shipment. Stick the orange guarantee sticker clearly visible on the box (Orange sticker is mandatory). This information is necessary to process your request with our suppliers. The final decision on the guarantee request lies with our suppliers.

You can return the products via the usual methods, such as organised transport, self-delivery or by making an appointment with one of our representatives.
