Returns

To process your return correctly, please fill in the return form completely and attach it to the shipment. Also stick the orange return sticker visibly on the box. This information is essential for us to process your request quickly.

You can return the parts in different ways:

• Through a transport organised by us.
• By delivering them yourself.
• Or via an appointment with one of our representatives.

Please note that the credit will only be issued once we have received and processed the returned goods.
