Please fill out the return form completely, add the form to the package and put the orange sticker on the box. We need this information to initiate the request.

You can return the parts via organized transport, bring the parts yourself or via a visit from one of our representatives. Please note that returned goods will not be credited to you until they have been processed by us.

Never give returns to our carriers without receiving an order from us. This will result in lost shipments and we cannot be held responsible for this.
